Hometown: Devlin, ON
Strachan has been racing for eleven (11) years in both a WISSOTA Midwest Modified and a WISSOTA Modified. His first event at Lake of the Woods Speedway was on August 4, 2019, where he won the first ever WISSOTA Modified special feature event. He finished 3rd in the heat race after starting 6th.
His sponsors include – Makkinga Contractors, RWR Performance Plus, Devlin’s Corner Store, Greens Barbeque Bar, Pit Stop Custom Screen Printing, X-Clusive Custom Detailing, and DP Power Race Engines.
His pit crew is Dad, Randy, Mason, and Jordyn.
“My old man had always ran a car when I was younger, and I was hooked on not only the race cars and fans, but also the racing family that comes with it all.”
Strachan expects to run all three WISSOTA Modified races at Lake of the Woods Speedway in 2023 and hopes to run in the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds a couple of nights as well.
Promoter’s Thoughts – “Brody has good success at Lake of the Woods Speedway in the WISSOTA Modified, having won a Dinner Jacket Classic feature event and the first Mod special. He definitely puts on a heck of a show and I expect him to be in the hunt for his first ever Dinner Jacket Championship.”
